Scope of activity:
Janusz Szczodrowski is a legal adviser of the extensive professional experience documented by the almost thirty-year practice. In our office he is responsible for issuing opinions on the multi-million contracts with domestic and foreign entities, law on bills of exchanges, corporate, bankruptcy and remedy law. He heads the team for financial law and trading in debt claims. His deep knowledge of the economic, commercial and administrative law facilitates operation on the Polish and foreign market in the sectors of steel industry, metallurgy and others. Moreover, he deals with the issues related to tax law and co-operates on a continuous basis with accounting specialists.
