Teresa Zając-Słaboszewska is a legal adviser of substantial professional experience confirmed by the practice run since 1989. She specialises in the law of civil procedure, commercial, civil and economic law with particular focus on the problems related to the steel industry as well as in the medical law in view of a few-year practice in the Health Care Unit (physicians liability, functioning of the Health Care Units and National Health Fund units). Many times she has run negotiations with foreign partners from Switzerland and Italy. For a few years she dealt with the problems related to real estate, running among others the dispossession works. In our Office she also deals with the housing law, being the author of many publications in the columns of Gazeta Hutnicza. Her experience, diligence and the fact that many times she acted as a mentor for the candidates for legal advisers allow for her involvement in the multi-discipline teams.
